Arrange for the following documents
  • One Passport size photograph
  • Photo ID Proof: Self Attested copy of PAN Card / Photo Identity Card &
  • Residential Proof: Self Attested copy of any of the WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER / TELEPHONE / CREDIT CARD bill or VOTER’S ID CARD / DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT in the applicant’s name.

    • What are Digital Signature Certificates & its types?

      A Digital Signature Certificate is a digitally signed message that contains a Subscriber's public key and associates it with information authenticated by Certifying Authority.

      Certifying Authority under this Agreement offers three distinct classes ("Classes") of Certificates, Classes 1, 2, and 3 Digital Signatures . Each class, of Certificates provides specific functionality and security features and corresponds to a specific level of trust. A DSC is normally valid for 1 or 2 years, after which renewal is required. It can be made via nCode, TCS, Sify, E-Mudhra.

    • Who needs a Digital Signature Certificate? Where you need Class-2 & Class-3?

      Class-3 / Class-3B / Class-3C / Class-2B / Class-3 Authorized Individual Digital Signature Certificate is required to be obtained in order to participate in E-Tendering, E-Procurement of Orders, for Online Vendor Registration, Travel Agents, Railway Agents, IFFCO, HPCL, NTPC, MCL, GAIL, IOCL, WBSRDA, North Frontier Railways, Indian Railways, Air India, ONGC, Northern Railway, Southern Railway, Railway Tenders, Online e-Tenders, etc.

      Class-3 Authorized Individual Digital Signature Certificate in India is required by Government Officials, Municipal Authorities, Army Chiefs, Government Chief Secretaries, Army Engineers, Army Zonal Head / Chief, etc.

      At the time of downloading / claiming a Digital Signature certificate (DSC) is kept in internet explorer of computer system (PC) but keeping DSC on your computer system has harms like: Its accessible to anyone and your Digital Signature Certificate can be lost if computer system is formatted or internet explorer is changed.
